I have been wanting to do something in Brayden’s room for quite awhile now, but didn’t want to spend a ton of money. This idea has always been there in my mind, but I kept putting it off because I was thinking of going the route of a fun wallpaper or something! BUT – we decided to sell Brayden’s big queen size bed and get him a twin size bed so he could have more room to play! My idea with the queen size bed was that his room could double as a guest room, but that just wasn’t worth it. He loves playing in his room, and I decided it was time to clear some things out. SOOOO after we sold his bed, I decided to give this a try! I’ve seen so many tutorials on this mountain wall, and just went for it! It was inexpensive, and makes such a statement!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- blue painter’s tape
- paint roller
- paint brush (for small areas)
- paint (I used a dark gray, lighter gray + black)
That’s it! It is seriously the easiest project ever! It makes such a statement in any room, and it’s so inexpensive! I think I did the whole project start to finish in about four hours.
